Transcript Requests
To Request an official CHS transcript:
Click on Transcript and Education Verification Requests
Click on current student transcript request
Fill out the form.
Pick up the transcript to send to your college or have it emailed to your college admissions department
Do not open transcripts you are sending to colleges by mail
Remember to send your AC or WT transcript if you have dual credit course work
Remember, you will have to send official transcripts again after you graduate!
